Details

A player is coached via a video conference. This takes two basic forms:

1) For players that have access to an off-ice practice area, the coach will explain and demonstrate skills and techniques for the player to execute. The coach will then provide the player feedback on their execution.

2) For players without access to an off-ice practice area, the coach will review video or a player's game or practice prior to the video conference, and will identify skills and techniques for the player to develop. The coach will then explain those skills and techniques with enough detail so that the player can practice the skills and techniques. Additional resources in the form of detailed written descriptions of the skills and techniques, and video of the skills being performed may also be provided.

Best For

Players that need more detailed or in-depth instruction, and who aren't otherwise able to get that coaching in person.
